Graduate Certificate in Clinical Operations and Healthcare Management
The graduate certificate in clinical operations and health care management program adopts novel approach to the development of clinical leaders that are prepared to drive the shift from historical fee-for-service to value-based and patient-centered care. The curriculum prepares the clinical leader to embrace the "quadruple aim" of improving patient care, improving the health of populations, lowering costs, and improving provider well-being.
