The importance of developing and maintaining organizational resilience is increasingly recognized by business, nonprofit, and governmental organizations. This extends beyond the usual financial risk management to potential or actual consequences from natural disaster impacts, pandemics, technological failures, and supply chain disruptions to insider risks and reputational crises.
The graduate certificate in business crisis, continuity, and recovery management provides a deep understanding of a comprehensive systems approach to risk identification, analysis, prioritization, managing and reducing these risks, and establishing effective structure and process for managing business crises and disasters through to full recovery.
The following requirements must be fulfilled: 12 credits, including 9 in required courses and one 3-credit elective course.
