The Departments of Political Science and the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration in Columbian College offer a dual bachelor of science (BS) in political science and master of public policy (MPP) degree program. The program allows students to take 12 graduate credits as part of their undergraduate degree, thereby decreasing the number of credits normally required for the master's. All requirements for both degrees must be fulfilled.
Students interested in the dual degree program should confer with the department's graduate adviser early in their junior year. Visit the program website for additional information.
Credit sharing: 12 credits
The 12 credits in MPP courses taken during the BS replace BS electives at the 2000 level.
