Advanced data management and analytic techniques required for testing hypotheses in translational health research.
As a result of completing this course, students will be able to:
1. Justify analytic approach for a particular dataset.
2. Accurately prepare data for analysis.
3. Apply statistical tests appropriate to systems level and Clinical Effectiveness Research (CER) questions, including meta-analysis, regression and cost analysis.
4. Interpret output of statistical tests.
5. Disseminate results of a complex nature.
