A high intensity cardio class performed on stationary bikes. Various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate real cycling experiences. Students can adjust their own resistance and cadence so that beginners and experienced cyclists are challenged in the same class.
Gain a better understanding of the benefits of different forms of exercise, particularly cardiovascular activities. Learn how to properly set-up a stationary bike to ensure safe and comfortable riding. Develop increased cardiovascular and muscular endurance by regularly participating in the workout of the day. Understand the dangers of overexertion, sedentary lifestyle, and dehydration. Learn about the importance of cross training. De-stress, enjoy great music, and have fun!
