Candidates for the MFA in Interior Architecture and Design degree enroll in this course in order to complete the program's 120-hour internship requirement. The internship must be pre-approved by the departmental graduate advisor and must be completed while the student remains enrolled in the degree program.
Students understand the contributions of interior design to contemporary society. 
 Students understand the various types of design practices. Students understand the elements of business practice. Students understand the elements of project management, project communication, and project delivery methods. 
 Students understand professional ethics. Students are exposed to various market sectors and client types.
