Drawing as a way of seeing is explored through a series of free hand exercises, thereby developing one's landscape painting abilities. Students of all levels will have the opportunity to hone their hand skills and sharpen their artist's eye in articulating forms in the landscape. With visits to scenic locations and popular panoramic venues, and observing street scenes and garden vistas, students will be instructed in color theory and the principles of good landscape composition. Students may work in their chosen media and studio space will be available for use in case of inclement weather. Open to all levels of experience.
