The actor’s approach to various styles and genres and to non-literary theatrical forms. Topics vary by semester. May be repeated for credit provided the topic differs. Consult the Schedule of Classes for more details. Studio fee.
1. KNOW the stylistic tokens of the literary or theatrical work being considered 2. APPLY these stylistic tokens in the performance of characters and scenes 3. ANALYZE the ways in which character creation is manifest in the literary or theatrical work being considered 4. EVALUATE the performances of student actors.
