Introduction to biophysical concepts in a laboratory setting; emphasis on biomedical engineering.
Computational modeling of cellular electrical signaling. Processing and interpretation of data and signals derived from physiological measurements. Acquisition and measurement of physiological signals (ECG, EEG, evoked potentials). Experiments in support of instrumentation used in medicine and biology; safety considerations.
