Development of drafting skills for production. Ground plans and shop documents. Traditional hand drafting and computer assisted design. Laboratory fee.
As a result of completing this course, students will be able to: 1. Demonstrate and apply drafting concepts of scale and orthographic projection. 2. Demonstrate the ability to operate AutoCAD software to successfully produce accurate drafted documentation. 3. Understand what drafted documentation needs to be supplied to efficiently execute a design.
