Formal and informal organizational dynamics related to leading and managing human capital. Motivation and compensation, managing diversity, power and employee relations, organizational culture and change, leadership and decision making, and staffing and performance management.
1. Students will comprehend the role organizational dynamics and human capital concepts play in the successful pursuit of organizational goals. 2. Students will be prepared to critically examine, evaluate, and integrate organizational and human capital concepts and dynamics. 3. Students will develop skills relevant to determining appropriate solutions and courses of action for organizational and human capital problems.
