Continuation of AH 1031. An introduction to the history of art through the study of major monuments, movements, and concepts. From the early Renaissance through the Baroque and modern eras.
As a result of completing this course, students will be able to: 1. Observe thoughtfully and think critically about the world around them. 2. Develop visual literacy, the ability to translate visual sensations and experiences into words. 3. Articulate an idea or a point of view through clear and well-structured writing. 4.
