Open to undergraduates at any level. Focused exploration of an idea, question, or issue, under the guidance of a research mentor/supervisor, culminating in a report about the experience. Students must find a sponsoring faculty member and receive approval from the Office of Undergraduate Studies in the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences. Zero-credit option is graded on a P/NP basis only and is available only during summer sessions.
