Capstone course limited to organizational sciences majors in their senior year. Real world applications of organizational research. Students work on an individually designed research project with results presented in a major paper.
Upon completing this course, students will be able to: * Identify and accurately describe core concepts within the research methods domain; * Locate and retrieve representative peer-reviewed publications (methodological & organizational); * Critically assess opportunities within organizations for utilizing research-based strategies
