Leadership from an organization system perspective. Theory, research, and applications pertaining to how leaders can reduce uncertainty through appropriate adaptive change.
1. Understand and demonstrate the purpose of leadership and the relationship between leaders and followers;
2. Analyze and understand personal strengths and weaknesses as a leader and as a follower;
3. Develop personal approaches to the practice of leadership;
4. Understand the impact of individual differences and different situation on the practice of leadership; and
5. Communicate your ideas clearly and persuasively orally and in writing.
