Course Objectives
1. Organize a plan of care using the nursing process for individuals and families experiencing complex pathophysiological conditions.
2. Analyze the healthcare environment to promote health and safety, reduce risk for injury, and prevent disease for individuals and families experiencing complex pathophysiological conditions.
3. Prioritize care of individuals and families experiencing complex pathophysiological conditions.
4. Prioritize and delegate nursing interventions according to the clinical usefulness, significance, possible complications, and nursing responsibilities for individuals and families experiencing complex pathophysiological conditions.
5. Describe advocacy strategies for clients in the healthcare setting.
