Contemporary practice in human resource planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and international human resource management. Interaction with practitioners through actual situations, case analyses, and presentations.
1) The primary goal is to enhance student knowledge of major contemporary topics in management. Students will be given practice and experience in a variety of management topics. The topics covered may vary depending on the instructor. 2) Students will be exposed to current research in management and identify the connection between management research and management practice.
