Continuation of MATH 4239. Topology of n-dimensional space, derivatives of functions of several variables, inverse and implicit function theorems, multiple integrals, generalized Stokes’s theorem.
As a result of completing this course, students will

1. have a deep understanding of the notions of limits, continuity, differentiability, and integrability of functions of several variables;

2. be able to devise and write out solutions (proofs) of problems in a coherent style;

3. know the fundamental theorems of several variable real analysis.
