The culminating experience in the digital forensics program allows students to integrate the knowledge and skills they have acquired in the program and demonstrate their command, analysis, and synthesis of the material.
• Demonstrate the ability to conduct a complex digital forensic investigation • Prepare for and give expert witness testimony related to digital evidence, including how to deal with opposing counsel cross-examinations and how to effectively relay such information to a jury. • Engage in a "mock" court grand jury, suppression hearing, and/or trial proceedings.
