By the end of this course students will be able to ....
1. Describe the operation of the U.S. legal system as applied to environmental issues.
2. Explain the content, structure, and operation of the major U.S. environmental statutes and their administration.
3. Read court cases and apply their holdings in the context of other environmental law issues
4. Work collaboratively with others to design innovative legal approaches to complex environmental challenges.
