Survey of techniques in quality control, including acceptance sampling, capability analysis, control charts, and design of experiments.
On completion of the course, the students will be able to:  Describe the need for and the role of Statistical Process Control within the engineering business context  Articulate the process for implementing the various techniques of quality control  Apply knowledge on the setup and use of the basic techniques of quality control and to use these techniques in the solution of engineering problems.
