Design and testing of logic gates, regenerative logic circuits, and semiconductor memory circuits. Implementation of such circuits with NMOS, CMOS, TTL, and other integrated circuit technologies. Use of electronic CAD tools, such as SPICE.
As a result of completing this course, students will be able to:

1- Understand the operation of the following digital logic families: CMOS, BiCMOS, and TTL
2- Design synchronous and asynchronous digital circuits employing CMOS and TTL logic
3- Design and test large scale integrated circuits employing CAD software (Tanner Tools EDA)
