In this course students will focus on a variety of problems, from elementary design to intermediate projects, and learn the basics of modeling in clay, plaster moldmaking, and casting. Each student will also work in one other medium, choosing from wood or metal. Drawing and design experience are strongly recommended. At times this course may be cross-tallied at an intermediate to advanced level as CSL 2200. Students with prior experience may wish to register for the more advanced section.
