1. Classify the over arching regulatory process governing the development and registration of investigational new products 2. Explain the end-to-end process for conducting a clinical trial from protocol development through study close out 3. Identify the key process steps from different stakeholder perspectives 4. Recognize the quality and safety processes designed to protect human subjects throughout the clinical trial process
