The theoretical conceptualizations and practical applications to promote creativity and innovation in generating ideas, identifying opportunities, and solving problems.
1. Review literature on creativity, creative people, innovation, and design as well as the leadership and management of creative people and innovation.
2. Apply teamwork best practices when working collaboratively with others.
3. Demonstrate the processes and methods of creative problem solving.
4. Apply techniques and approaches for generating creative ideas.
5. Analyze organizational practices that facilitate creativity and innovation.
