Introduction to sustainable design and to the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Rating Systems for Interior Design and Construction.
At the end of this course students should be able to:

o Identify and comprehend some fundamental theories / views regarding sustainable design

o Value the idea that sustainability doesn’t mean we have to live with austerity or with less
o Recognize sustainability issues that affect the world and your backyard
