A weight-based group-fitness program designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen the entire body. BODYPUMP focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements, challenging all of the major muscle groups while executing squats, presses, lifts and curls.
• Describe the Les Mills BODYPUMP format, key exercises, and workout philosophy.
• Perform weight lifting movements with proper form and safety.
• Adapt weight accurately to achieve muscular overload.
• Identify the muscle group for each key exercise.
• Achieve improvements in physical strength, endurance, flexibility, and confidence.
