Motivations for employing the modern, expanded tools of a central bank; historical and present limitations. Prior completion of a third 6300-level economics course in addition to the stated prerequisites is required.
By the end of the course students will be able to create a policy proposal and associated implementation strategy covering the entire process from program announcement to exit.
