Human and physical processes shaping urban ecologies and environments; human-environment interactions in the context of an urban region; urban land use, transport and planning.
As a result of completing this course, students will be able to:

1) collect, mine and analyze the necessary data to estimate transportation demand models;
2) apply such models to predict future travel trends/patterns;
3) assess and evaluate the output of such models in terms of reaching desired sustainable transportation goals.
