Introduction to and experimentation with intrusion detection tools for data capture analysis; recognizing types of cyber threats and creating in-depth defense measures.
At the end of the course students will be able to:

Use cybersecurity tools

Compare and contract security tools used for offense and defense

Capture datagrams using tools to analyze network intrusions

Trace cyber intrusion footprints

Analyze the captured datagrams and recognize intrusion types
