• Describe fundamental legal and policy principles as they relate to the healthcare system • Discuss the legal responsibilities and requirements for relevant stakeholders in the healthcare system • Discuss the extensive and complex role played by various sources of law in the day-to-day operations of the healthcare system • Develop and utilize a vocabulary of legal terms in order to facilitate communications between health and legal professionals • Develop and implement skills related to critical analysis of health law and policy
