Supervised research project in bioinformatics, arranged in consultation with the program director. May be repeated for credit.
As a result of completing this course, students will be able to: 1. Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a professional environment. 2. Discuss ethical considerations with regard to the use of biological information and records. 3. Differentiate between computational biology, bioinformatics, and biomedical informatics in an assigned professional context.
