Determine a legal issue for exploration and analysis Formulate a thesis statement. Conduct legal research through online resources and compile a list of those sources. Determine an organizational path for a legal argument. Create a rough draft that presents a clear, organized legal argument. Write a second draft that presents the legal argument in clear, concise, grammatically correct language. Write a polished final paper complete with footnotes using proper Bluebook citation format. Present the final research in an oral presentation using technology to enhance presentations.
