Relationship of the individual to groups, collectivities, and larger social systems. Theory, research, and applications of group and organizational processes.
By the end of this course, students will have gained knowledge about how groups function and what contributes to their success or failure. In addition, students will have gained insight into their own personal orientations in group settings, and had opportunities to apply their learning toward more effective group participation through in-class group exercises.
