The Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration in the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences offers a dual master of public administration (MPA) program with the School of Engineering and Applied Science's graduate certificate in homeland security emergency preparedness and response. 12 of the 18 credits earned in the certificate program can be counted toward MPA degree requirements. All requirements for both programs must be fulfilled.
